Our families come from across the country, so we have made travel as calm and as visible as we can. Collect in person if you are able — we love it — and if not, your puppy flies in the cabin with a dedicated nanny and you can track the journey from the gate.

Too far to drive? Your puppy travels with a dedicated pet nanny who carries them in the aircraft cabin and stays with them for the entire journey.

Visiting Policy

Please read before asking to visit

We do not host drop-in visits from prospective buyers who have not yet been approved. Once you are approved, you are warmly welcome to visit and collect your puppy in person. It is not about being unwelcoming — it is about keeping an unvaccinated litter safe.

 

Why the policy exists

Puppies under sixteen weeks have incomplete immunity, and parvovirus travels on shoes. A steady stream of visitors also stresses a nursing mother in ways that show up in her puppies.

So we keep the door closed until a family is approved — and then we open it properly, with time set aside and no rush.

How Delivery Works

Send your address Street, city, state and zip, plus whether you would prefer an airport handover or door-to-door delivery. We arrange the travel Our pet transport partner books the flight and nanny. Allow us 24 to 48 hours to confirm the details.

You get the itinerary Flight number, estimated arrival, nanny contact and a tracking reference — all before travel day. Homecoming Meet your puppy at the gate or at your front door, with the health file handed over in person.
